Annapurna Region

 deserving the Spectacular Himalayas, hill culture and varied landscape. Basic logistics in this region have made trekkers set out with their backpack at a quick decision. Trekking in Annapurna region is varied; easy, moderate and technical. Trekking activities are biologically well managed with ecologically motivated. The Annapurna Conservation Area Project has contributed to systematize tourism in Annapurna region, preserving rhododendron, bamboo, pine forests. Annapurna Poon Hill, Santuary, Thorong Pass, Muktinath and Jomsom are the most desired parts to explore by the trekkers in Annapurna. The upper part of Annapurna is penetrated with the windswept desert as it belongs to the northern rain shadow area.
